1. How to collect points?

   Simply present your card during your purchase; the cashier will scan it and complete the billing process. Points will be immediately credited to your card. Please note that points cannot be collected for cigarette and telephone card purchases.

2. How many points do you earn per purchase?

   You will receive one point for every AED 10 spent.

3. How and when to redeem your vouchers?
   • You can redeem your points for vouchers based on the specified qualification criteria.
   • Redemption of points for vouchers can be done at any time from the WeReward kiosk or the Customer Service Desk (CSD).
   • Once you redeem your points for vouchers, the equivalent points will be deducted from your total available points as of that date.
